What if my Upstep custom orthotics don’t feel right?

As part of our risk-free purchase guarantee, Upstep offers free adjustment. As our orthotics are custom made, if you feel that they require a little “tweak” or to be completely reproduced, we would love to have them remade for you based on your feedback. Please contact us via live chat, email customercare@upstep.com and let us know, We will then reproduce them based of the feedback provided and ship it to you for no extra charge.

How long does it take to receive the orthotics?

We'll create and ship your Upsteps with USPS within 10-16 business days of receiving your impression kit.

What if I have a specific diagnosis from my podiatrist? Will Upstep still work with me?
