Do insoles help with Metatarsalgia?
Hi guys, I'm really struggling with the ball of foot pain at the moment, and I'm so over it. I'm looking for anything that can help. I recently learned about insoles and how they provide foot support. Does this mean they can help with Metatarsalgia too? If so, which can you recommend I use? Appreciated!Asked 2 years ago

How to stop insoles from squeaking while walking?
For anyone who wears inserts, do you get squeaky feet? I know it’s from the insole moving around in the shoe but no matter how many different kinds I use and in any kind of shoe, it’s always happening (and it’s loud and embarrassing!). I need cushioned insoles and some flexibility in my shoe for my PF. How do you stop this?Asked 2 years ago

Is it ok to soak your feet in hot water with salt for foot pain?
I have mild arthritis and struggle to sleep at night because of how much my feet hurt. A friend of mine told me that I should consider soaking my feet in hot water with salt before I go to bed. Can anyone recommend a good insole I can use with Hoka Bondi 6 shoes?
I need an insole for a low arch and that isn’t hard as those cause me more pain. These aren’t bad shoes but getting pretty useless since they aren’t giving me the support I need so causing more pain. I tried going to a good shoe store for inserts but they just wanted to get me in a better sneaker instead. I would really love to know what kind of inserts those with low arches or even these same sneakers use.Asked 2 years ago

Do I buy one pair and use them in every shoe I wear, and how long do I wear them for? They're kind of expensive, so I don't have to buy a new pair for each pair of shoes.Asked 2 years ago
