Squat w/ engaged arch

Repetition: 20
Step 1

Stand up comfortably on one leg. Lift all your toes as high as your can and engage your arch. Keep your foot in this position and do a mini-squat (lower about a quarter of the way down).

Step 2

Keep your knee over your 2nd toes and shoulders over your hips. Return to standing while maintaining the foot tripod position. Keep toes lifted and arches engaged the entire time.
