Are online reviews of custom insoles trustworthy?
Asked 8 months ago
I’ve been struggling with foot pain and thought about buying custom insoles online. There are so many reviews, but some seem fake or exaggerated. I’m worried about spending money on something that won’t help. Has anyone actually tried these insoles and can share honest experiences?

I get what you mean, reviews can feel kinda sketchy sometimes. From my own expereince, custom orthotics made a big difference with foot pain. They give way better support than the generic insoles and actually help with long walks or standing all day. It’s not magic but they do ease the pressure and make things more comfortable. If you’ve been dealing with pain for a while, trying proper custom ones is worth it. They feel more natural and actually fit your feet instead of being one size fits all
