Could the constant tingling in feet a sign of poor arch support?
Asked 11 days ago
Okay, so my feet are super flat, and lately, the bottoms and toes feel like they're falling asleep all the time, especially when I get home. It's the worst in my normal, flatter shoes. I swear I need something major to lift my arch and just take the weight off. Any advice and suggestions? thnx

Ugh, that chronic tingling is the worst. I remember feeling that way when my feet were just collapsing into my shoes after a long day. It’s a definite sign your poor arches are putting pressure where it shouldn't be. You need something that actually matches the curve of your foot. I found that getting some custom orthotics totally changed how my weight distributed and it made that annoying pins-and-needles feeling completely dissapear
