What are the benefits of insoles for sandals with arch support?

I love wearing sandals in summer, but my feet ache after long walks because they don’t offer much arch support. I miss the open feel when I switch to sneakers, so I’m wondering what the benefits are of using insoles for sandals with arch support and whether they actually stay in place and feel comfortable.

I know that feeling, sandals are perfect for summer but the lack of support can be rough. Insoles with arch support help spread your weight so your feet don’t get sore, and they usually stay put while you’re walking. It feels way more natural than switching to sneakers. I also tried custom orthotics, and they’re super comfy and really match my foot shape, definitely worth checking out.
