How much arch support do I need if I have flat feet?
Asked 4 years ago
Do you know if I should get a hard orthotic insole or a soft insole with less arch support for my muscles to develop? Thanks.

For flat feet, soft insoles could work to treat it, but the arch height is the most crucial part of it. It is always good to go for low or medium arch height for flat feet because high arch height might worsen the issue. With the arch height, just make sure your insole is soft, flexible and comfortable to wear.
