Looking for arch support for my fallen arches- which works best for long work hours?
Asked 3 months ago
I work retail, so I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a day, and my fallen arches are making it unbearable. I'm desperate for over-the-counter arch support insoles that offer serious cushioning and stability in my work shoes. I don't want to spend hundreds on custom orthotics yet. What are your long-lasting favorites?

I used to work long shifts on my feet and had the same problem with fallen arches. Over the counter insoles helped a little, but what really made a difference was getting custom orthotics. They’re molded to your feet so the support is exactly where you need it. Once I switched, the pain eased up and I could get through full days without feeling worn down.
