Help! Where to buy insoles for plantar fasciitis?
Asked 3 months ago
This pain is killing me! I'm on my feet all day for my job (retail/warehouse) and the heel pain from my plantar fasciitis is making every step agony, especially first thing in the morning. I need new inserts that actually work. So should I hit up a big-box store, a specialized pharmacy, or order something online? Any personal recommendations for brands or stores?

Honestly, I wasted so much time and money on the drugstore stuff and the ones from big-box stores. They never really helped long term because they're made for a "generic" foot, not your foot. My big breakthrough was switching to custom orthotics. You don't have to go to a fancy clinic either. There are companies online that'll send you a little kit where you make an impression of your foot at home and mail it back. Getting that exact, tailored arch support is what finally stopped the agony for me. They truly are worth the investment for all day on your feet.
