What are the best hiking boot insoles for flat feet?

I’ve got flat feet and after a few hours on the trail, my arches and ankles start to ache. The stock insoles in my boots don’t cut it. I’m looking for the best hiking boot insoles that actually help with flat feet and keep long hikes comfortable.

I’ve got flat feet too and regular insoles never gave me the support I needed. What really helped was getting custom orthotics made. Since they’re shaped exactly for your feet, they keep everything aligned and make long hikes way more comfortable. My arches don’t ache anymore and I can go further without feeling worn out.
