Best insoles for ball of foot pain in heels?
Asked 15 days ago
I love wearing heels, but my feet can’t handle more than a couple of hours without pain in the ball of my foot. I’ve tried a few insoles, but most are too bulky or slip around. Has anyone found ones that actually make heels bearable?

I know exactly how you feel. I used to get that same sharp pain in the ball of my foot every time I wore heels. Getting custom orthotics completely changed things for me. They fit my shoes perfectly and support my feet in all the right spots. Now I can wear heels for hours without the pain coming back. It’s a bit of an investment, but if you wear heels often, it’s totally worth it.
