Are custom orthotics worth it for flat feet?

I used to have flat feet too and the ankle pain was brutal after standing all day. I finally gave custom orthotics a shot and honestly they changed things for me. My posture feels better and I dont get that heavy ache in my legs anymore. It took a bit to get used to but now I barely notice them and walking feels way more natural. For me they were def worth it and made everyday stuff way easier
