Do hard orthotics really last longer than soft orthotics?
Asked 4 years ago
I understand that the type of orthotic will depend on the condition that I have. But will soft ones wear down quicker than hard ones?

There are different pros and cons between hard orthotics and soft orthotics. But yes, when it comes to lasting long, hard orthotics are better than soft orthotics. The soft orthotics usually wear down way quicker than the hard ones. But as it is hard, the softer ones are usually easy to adapt. However, soft or hard would depend on your condition.
