Are orthotics for overpronation the best option for runners like me?
Asked 3 years ago
I’ve started logging more miles, but I noticed my feet roll inward when I run, and my knees and hips are starting to ache. I’ve heard orthotics for overpronation can help. Has anyone tried them while running and actually felt a difference in comfort or performance?

I know exactly what you mean. My feet rolled inward on almost every run and my knees strted hurting. What made a huge difference for me was getting custom orthotics. They fit my feet perfectly and rlly cushion the spots that give me trouble. After a few weeks, running felt way easier and my knees stopped acting up. They are definitely worth trying if you want long-term comfort. All the best!
