What shoe inserts are best for Achilles tendonitis?
Asked 6 months ago
So I’ve been dealing with nagging Achilles tendonitis for a while, and I’m realizing now that my regular shoes just aren’t cutting it anymore. There are so many inserts out there that I’m completely overwhelmed. If anyone has found an insert that genuinely reduced pain or helped with daily walking, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience. Thanks a lot

I can totally relate to you! I swear I tried almost all the standand inserts on the market and none of them quite cut it for me. So I started to look into custom orthotics for my achilles pain and it's been a total game changer for me! The orthotics I got are shaped to my foot and perfectly aligns my heel and arch, easing the tendon. I have to say the result weren't instant, but after a few weeks I noticed less pain and could walk more comfortably.
