Will I get Achilles tendonitis if my feet have naturally flat arches?

Hey guys, I've got naturally flat feet. I don't know why. I guess I just never developed arches growing up as a child. What I am wondering, though, is whether this would eventually lead me to experience AT. It's not like I had arches that had fallen, so my tendon should be used to the strain, right?

Flat feet increase the range of motion in your midfoot, placing more strain on the Achilles tendon. Over time, this leads to Achilles tendonitis if the symptoms are not treated early on. There's a way to align it back to the anatomical position and reduce the symptoms: using custom orthotics.
