Best insoles for sneakers with flat feet?

I’ve got flat feet and regular sneakers don’t give me enough support. After long shifts, my ankles ache and I feel worn out. I’ve heard insoles can help but there are so many options. What are the best insoles for sneakers if you’ve got flat feet?

I had the same issue with flat feet and sneakers never felt right no matter what brand I tried. What really helped was getting custom orthotics made for my shoes. They give proper arch support and keep my ankles from aching after long days. It feels way more natural walking around and I dont get that tired heavy feeling in my feet anymore.
