Which exercises can I do to strengthen my tibialis posterior?

I want my posterior tibial tendonitis to heal as fast as possible.

There are quite a few physiotherapy exercises you can do for your tibialis posterior but the easiest one is heel lifts. Start sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the ground and lift your heels. When you are stronger do the same exercise standing up. Gentle flexing and walking are also good for tibial tendonitis, as well as several other treatment options.
