Which insoles for soccer cleats help with blisters?

Every time I play on turf, I end up with painful blisters on my heels. I’ve tried different socks, but nothing seems to work. Someone suggested insoles for soccer cleats to reduce friction and improve fit. Has anyone found a pair that actually prevents blisters during games?

I used to tape my heels every game because of blisters. A teammate suggested custom orthotics, and I finally gave them a try. Best decision ever. They fit perfectly, stopped the rubbing, and gave me better arch support. I haven’t had a single blister since. I was honestly so impressed with the results
