How do I keep balanced while performing a downswing?
Asked 3 years ago
Hi there. I am new to golfing and have heard that the downswing puts your body at the highest risk of injury. Is there an orthotic that I can use to improve my foot balance and coordination while I swing, so that I do not put too much strain on my spine or shoulder muscles?

Upstep has a range of sports orthotics; specifically there is a specialized orthotic made for golfers. This orthotic aims to provide the user with enough support for the feet to reduce fatigue from walking and the forces associated with a golf swing. Upsteps orthotics to stabilize your feet and help your feet cope with the size-to side forces as seen with golf. Durable materials used work to prevent pain, improve posture during your golfing activities.
