After working out, how can I get rid of swelling in my feet?

Are there any methods that I can use after my workout to reduce or get rid of the swelling in my feet?

For 20 minutes, apply an ice or cold compress to the swollen areas.
Elevate your feet using cushions at night and right after your run. Excess fluid from your limbs is passively drained by raising your feet above heart level (with gravity). And, let's be honest, who doesn't want another incentive to kick their feet up right now, particularly outdoors a sun lounger?
Limit your salt intake on a daily basis. Be cautious, because processed foods such as supermarket pizzas, pies, and ready meals contain alarming levels of salt.
Support orthotics and stockings should be worn on both the feet and the legs- they may not be the most fashionable post-workout accessory, but they can assist beat those swelling .
