How do you relieve numb feet?
Asked 3 years ago
Do you have any idea what you can do to bring a bit of life back into my feet when you have nerve damage? My feet have been numb for a while now, and I can't take it anymore.

Numbness in your foot may be a temporary condition or permanent, depending on the cause. Regardless, consider performing movements and exercises that improve blood flow and stimulate healing of the affected nerves. You should also relieve any extra pressure on the foot that may contribute to the numbness.
