When I go for runs, should I stick to concrete or asphalt?

Asphalt is surely better than concrete, but not on a slope or asymmetrical surface.
Asphalt is considered one of the fastest-running terrains. The drawbacks of running on concrete dominate the pros over time. you should avoid running on concrete as much as possible.
If we compare running on asphalt to running on sand and soft spots, asphalt decreaseS the risk of tendinopathy. (Study suggests)
