Hi, can I use an Epsom salt soak to relieve the pain from plantar fasciitis?

There is anecdotal evidence to support the use of Epsom salt to relieve plantar fasciitis pain. And this is understandable. Epsom salt has anti-inflammatory properties. The warm water soak also promotes blood flow and healing. Most users recommend soaking your feet for 30-60mins at a time
