Should I wear orthotics in my Doc Martens for my Achilles Tendonitis?

Asked 3 years ago

I have Achilles Tendonitis but recently received a pair of black Doc Martens. Should I wear orthotics in my Doc Martens?

With its hard leather and air-cushioned soles, Doc Martens are comfortable sneakers for anyone. However, by putting orthotics in them, you can make them more ideal. You are welcome to use orthotics in your Doc Martens as this will take some tension off your Achilles tendon.
