I saw such a gorgeous pair of Adidas Stability shoes and really want to buy them. Do these shoes have dense midsoles that offer high arch support?

Yes, Adidas stability shoes have dense midsoles that support high arches. They have a boost cushioning system which gives a springy feel during walking or running but provides rigid support to the foot arch. You may also be able to add custom insoles if the support provided isn't adequate.
