I suffer with arthritis in the top of my feet and I'm looking for a way to ease the pain I feel everyday. Will regular massage help me?

Yes, massage can be beneficial for arthritis on top of the feet. It helps reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Opt for deep-tissue or moderate-pressure massages targeting specific pain areas. These massages can enhance flexibility and alleviate discomfort. Also, consider getting custom orthotics since they offer personalized support, reducing pressure on arthritic joints and improving foot function. I swear by them, and they really help with my foot pain.
