How can I identify good quality multi-sport orthotics?
Asked 4 years ago
How do I choose the best orthotics for my exercise shoes that will be able to handle multiple different sports? I'm afraid of choosing the wrong ones because I want quality inserts that aren't going to completely break my bank. Is there really a difference between insoles for specific sports, or can one type of sports orthotic be used in multiple pairs of exercise shoes for exercises that have different levels of intensity?

Have you had a chance to try Upstep Custom Orthotics? My younger brother has been using them for sport and the experience is approving so far. Their multisport design is based on the principle of supporting and improving foot function by combining the unique shape of your feet with layers of cushioning materials to reduce injury from excessive impact. They also have an on-staff podiatrist who can assist you in making the best choice for your requirements. If you're looking for something that will provide you with a variety of activities, check them out- https://www.upstep.com/en/custom-multi-sport-orthotic.html
