What is the best material for orthotics?

What is the best material for orthotics? I tried looking online, and I'm getting a mix of hard and soft orthotics. I'm not sure which is actually better?

A good orthotic is pretty expensive, so the high quality of orthotics are made of various things, For the comfort of your feet, it is usually made of soft and thin materials. Carbon graphite, Subortholen, and Polypropylene are some known materials in high quality orthotics. Also, the heel cup would be sturdy and flexible to feel better.

When it comes to orthotics, the best material depends on the intended use of the orthotics. For example, plastic and carbon fibre materials are best for rigid orthotics where maximum support is the goal. Alternatively, a soft compression material like EVA foam is best for a soft orthotic where flexibility is needed.
