Can wearing insoles cure plantar fasciitis?
Asked 4 years ago
I want to get rid of this ailment permanently. Will it ever go away if I buy and permanently wear specialised insoles? Oh, and are there any long-term effects I should be aware of?

Plantar fasciitis can be different for everyone, but as a general rule, painful and uncomfortable. There are a few over-the-counter remedies and supplements that can aid in pain relief and recovery, along with specialized footwear and insoles. I would suggest giving the insoles a try and see how you get on. you can purchase online or seek a medical opinion from your local GP. Insoles will help with keeping your feet and legs correctly aligned, taking pressure off of the heels and thereby aiding support and posture. Make sure to do your research and know what you are buying.
