How can I treat my plantar fasciitis if I'm on my feet all day for my construction job?
Asked 4 years ago
I have plantar fasciitis, and my doctor recommended I take it easy and get off my feet as much as possible. Unfortunately, this isn't really possible because I'm a contractor and spend most of my time on site. It's part of my job, so I can't just not do it. Does anyone have advice on how I can treat my plantar fasciitis despite being on my feet all day?
