If I soak my feet in Epsom salts, how long can I expect it to take before relieving the pain from plantar fasciitis?

At best, what we have to prove the effectiveness of Epsom salt in treating Plantar fasciitis is anecdotal experience. However, there is no conclusive research showing its efficacy, dosing, and frequency of use. It is best to combine using Epsom salts with other treatments for the fastest result.
