Can you put cooling insoles in work boots?

Hi, I have nerve damage in my feet, and it's literally a pain to wear my work boots. Anything cold on my feet feels like heaven. It got me wondering whether I can use cooling insoles in my work boots?

Cooling insoles are great for use, even with your work boots. Apart from providing cushioning and support, they ease pain by keeping the feet cool. They also stimulate the nerves and ease neuropathic symptoms in the process. By all means, get a cooling insole if you can.
