A heel cup resembles a shoe insole that only covers the heel of the shoe. It's usually composed of plastic, with a gel core in certain cases, and comes in a variety of thicknesses and built-in inclines. It appears to be an excellent alternative because it is quite inexpensive and simple to use. Heel Cups are a type of heel support that surrounds your heels and provides a layer of cushioning to absorb shock, such as from working on hard surfaces, reducing muscular fatigue, fatigued, achy feet, and heel pain.
