Is it okay to wear compression socks all day?
Asked 4 years ago
I am wearing orthotics for foot pain relief and have been wearing them pretty much all the time. Does anyone know if it is okay to do this, or if it is unhealthy?

Compression socks provide continuous pressure to the foot, improving circulation and aiding pain relief. Reportedly, it is safe to wear them for long periods. Thus, keeping it on all day is appropriate as long as it's fitted properly. Otherwise, it can have the opposite effect and exacerbate your condition.
