Can I play tennis when wearing orthotics?
Asked 4 years ago
Hey guys, I'm a tennis player and want to find out if it would be beneficial for me to put these in my shoes while playing tennis. Apparently, it can increase my performance, or would it do more harm than good? Thoughts?

Wearing orthotics you can do various physical activities, including playing a sport like Tennis. A Tennis player needs to move constantly on a Tennis court, and those movements can cause a lot of stress on the feet. Orthotics can give your feet the required support, and it can help you improve your performance as well. Your feet health will be good.
