Asked 4 years ago
I have ankle pain and want to know if there are a set of orthotics or insoles I could buy to help.

Yes, custom orthotics should help with your ankle pain. They are tailored to fit your feet and give you support where needed, so pressure and strain can be alleviated from your ankles. They also help with weight distribution and alignment which will help your ankles. Over-the-counter insoles probably won't help ankle pain in the same way.
