Do you know orthotic insoles that have good airflow?

Hey any runners out there? Have you found an orthotic insole that has good airflow? I’ve never had issues with hot spots or hot feet, but my insoles are causing this. I’m seeing if anyone knows of insoles more specific to using for running/sports.
