How frequently should you ice your sesamoiditis?

Asked 4 years ago

Is this something that I should do frequently, or should I be a bit more sparing?

You should apply ice for 10 minutes every 3 hours to decrease swelling. Recommendation: You should also wear soft-soled and low-heeled shoes including an insole to give extra comfort inside your shoes to heal better.
