Will fasting reduce or eliminate plantar fibroma?
Asked 4 years ago
Hi guys, I have a really annoying growth in my foot. I went to the doctor the other day and they confirmed that it was plantar fibroma. They said there was not much I could do about it, but I refuse to accept that. It's really annoying. Do you think fasting will help the body to eliminate the growth?

Fasting will not reduce or eliminate the growth. However, there are other things you can do to minimize the discomfort and prevent complications it causes. Topical treatment, application of corticosteroid injection, physical therapy, and surgery are all options. Orthotics may also be beneficial if the growth is small.
