I don't know if I have plantar fasciitis or heel spur. What are the symptoms of each and how do I tell the difference?

Heel Spur vs Plantar Fascitis

  1. A heel spur is a calcium deposit on the plantar fascia that generates a bony protrusion.
  2. Plantar fasciitis, on the other hand, is a condition in which the plantar fascia becomes inflamed and swollen, causing heel pain.
