Why does the arch of my foot hurt when I walk barefoot?
Asked 3 years ago
My feet feel fine when I wear shoes, but the minute I walk barefoot, they start to ache. Why?

Shoes provide support and comfort to your feet arch. When you walk barefooted, force is transmitted directly through your foot to the floor, causing pain and discomfort.
While waiting to identify the cause of the arch pain, always wear shoes with adequate support.
