What can I do to prevent my shoe insoles from sliding around?

I got a pair to help with heel pain, but they don't fit that well in my shoes and end up sliding around a lot. Should I buy a new pair or is there something I can do about it?

Are the insoles adjustable? Usually, loose orthotics are due to the fact they haven't been correctly adjusted. This can usually be done with a pair of scissors to simply trim the material to the right size. Your problem seems to be the fact they are already too small, which unfortunately cannot be rectified for obvious reasons. You should probably invest in some new ones and make sure you adjust them correctly to ensure you have secure shoe insoles.
