Yes! Custom-made orthotics can help with Plantar Fasciitis pain by relieving stress on the foot. The orthotics cushioning in the right places, and the arch support will help with the pain. Store-bought insoles are unlikely to help as they are not made for your particular problem.

Research has shown that custom orthotics help plantar fasciitis. While it won't directly cure plantar fasciitis, it brings pain relief. And you can choose either hard or soft orthotics for plantar fasciitis; both premade orthotics take pressure off the foot and provide firm support, thus relieving heel pain.
