What can I do if my insole does not relieve the pain of a flat foot?

I have 1 flat foot with a huge pronation. I wear an insole on that foot but it doesn't relieve the pain. What can i do?

Is your insole one that has been given to you by a hospital or is it one you have bought yourself?  If it is the latter, then you should really seek a medical opinion from somebody that can prescribe you a properly suitable insole.  Try and wear medium heeled shoes and avoid walking around barefoot.
