How often should you replace insoles in work boots?
Asked 3 years ago
I recently bought my first pair of insoles for my work boots. How often should I aim to replace these insoles and buy new ones?

Custom orthotics should last for 6 - 12 months before needing replacing. Orthotics worn daily for long periods of time will need to be replaced sooner, due to possible signs of wear and tear around this time period , as well as a decreased support from the material itself. Upstep has a 120 day money-back guarantee on orthotics purchased on the website.
