Hello, I am looking for a supplement that may help to treat the plantar fasciitis that I am stuck with. At the moment, I've got vitamin C. Will it help?

Vitamin C has a strong anti-inflammatory effect that can reduce inflammation due to plantar fasciitis. Likewise, it can aid calcium absorption and prevent the formation of heel spurs, a common cause of pain with plantar fasciitis. Taking vitamin C supplement is a good way to treat plantar fasciitis.
