Can I wear custom orthotics in Nike Prime sneakers for high arch support?

I have Nike Prime sneakers, but I find that I still need more support for my arches. I have very high arches because of supination, and am worried that this could lead to developing more painful conditions like metatarsalgia or plantar fasciitis. I want to buy a pair of custom orthotics to help relieve the pain and give support to my high arches. Please can someone advise me if this will help?
