Can I wear custom orthotics in Nike Prime sneakers for high arch support?

I have Nike Prime sneakers, but I find that I still need more support for my arches. I have very high arches because of supination, and am worried that this could lead to developing more painful conditions like metatarsalgia or plantar fasciitis. I want to buy a pair of custom orthotics to help relieve the pain and give support to my high arches. Please can someone advise me if this will help?

Nike Prime sneakers support the midfoot, compensating for underpronation in people with arches. However, the support may not be enough if your arches are very high. You may need to use an extra pair of orthotics inside your sneakers, provided you still have some toe space.
