What are the best insoles for running?

Asked 3 years ago

One of the things that have been really important to me as a runner is top-performing shoes. You might not believe it, but they make one helluva difference to my performance. So I'm looking to try new, good-quality insoles. Which can you recommend I use?

Coupling your running shoes with the correct insoles will best improve your performance, reduce the risk of repetitive strain injury, and limit any discomfort experienced while exercising that may limit performance. The custom insoles from Upstep can provide your feet with the necessary support and padding they need during endurance activities. The insoles are custom made for your feet and are made from a mold done from your own feet in the comfort of your own home. The mold is sent back to upstep for manufacturing and is delivered to you when complete. It is a hassle-free way of acquiring insoles for your running shoes and are designed with materials to aid in shock absorption while running. There is however, other insoles that you could consider based on your personal preference.
