Am I allowed to walk with sesamoiditis?

Asked 4 years ago

Do I have to say off my feet, or can I do mild to moderate walking and physical activity?

Do not put too much pressure on your feet until you can walk in normal shoes without any pain. It may take about 6 weeks, depending on how much damage is done to the sesamoid bone, and how fast your body can heal.

You can continue walking by wearing your cast shoe or short leg cast as recommended!
